The challenges faced by the design and construction industry as a result of COVID-19 have been enormous. What does the future hold for design-build project delivery, and the design-builders who are leading the way? This session will focus on, review of jobsite safety pre-COVID, during COVID, and how it will evolve post-COVID.

1) Understand how jobsite safety impacts overall project outcomes.

2) Hear strategies implemented by project teams to creatively addresses safety while maintaining productivity in the era of COVID-19.

3) Discuss ways to build a safety culture that emphasizes safety for both the project team and the end user.

4) Learn how COVID-19 has changed the way safety will be viewed in the future.

2) Hear best practices related to effective collaboration and co-location.

3) Learn how COVID-19 has disrupted the way we collaborate and co-locate, and how technology has helped bridge the gap.

4) Discuss what the future holds based on lessons learned during COVID-19.

This highly interactive  session will focus on Pricing and Supply Chain Management, allowing attendees to share experiences, learn from each other, and assess the future of design-build.

1) Discover the current state of engagement by the supply chain in design-build. 

2) Hear feedback on where industry believes the state of engagement should be. 

3) Assess strategies to enhance supply chain engagement.

4) Discuss best practices and real life examples of effective supply chain engagement.
