Integrus Architecture

Proudly providing design services since 1953, Integrus Architecture comprises a diverse and dedicated group of design professionals committed to an integrated approach toward meaningful and lasting design in the public realm.

We are committed to client service, long-term relationships, innovation and excellence in our design, and the promotion of environmental stewardship.

Since the late 1970’s, Integrus has been extensively involved in aggressively scheduled projects in the public sector, utilizing alternative delivery systems, including Design-Build.  Most of these projects have been highly technical, involving complex issues and tight schedules.

Recently, Integrus has been involved in several projects utilizing the Progressive Design-Build approach.Progressive Design-Build, an emerging version of design-build, facilitates the involvement of the design-build team earlier in the process and more importantly the design-build team is selected on qualifications.  In a traditional design–build approach, the initial bridging design, often by a separately procured design firm, is typically 20 - 35% complete before the design-build team is procured.  In Progressive Design Build, the design-build team is selected during the earliest stages of the project development, and is an integral part in the development of the final design.

Integrus, together with our contractor partners, has successfully used Design-Build to deliver numerous projects ahead of schedule, under budget, while removing many of the contractual and structural barriers seen in traditional delivery methods.

Expectations are often exceeded by forming high-performing teams with our owner-partners. We work to carefully establish trust and accountability while defining roles/expectations allowing the client to maximize the value of Design-Build.
